- Guide vendors in the set-up process

- Collection of wedding day items (at rehearsal) including ceremony programs, place / escort cards, favors, candles, guest book, table numbers, special glasses, cake knife & server, champagne glasses, menus, etc
- Pack up gift table and other personal wedding items (special glasses, cake knife & server, champagne glasses
- Personally mange the till “teardown”
- Distribute final payment and gratuities to vendors
