WEEK-OF WEDDING COORDINATOR: For the couple who wants to do all the planning, but needs a professional to execute everything on their wedding day.

Pricing for H. White Special Events begins at $1,000 for wedding coordination.

  • Initial one hour meeting
  • 1 or 2 additional face-to-face meetings prior to wedding
  • Unlimited phone and email access to wedding coordinator
  • Provide wedding day emergency kit
  • Wedding rehearsal coordination and Instruction, maximum 2 hours
  • Assistance with all floral bouquets and pin on boutonnieres
  • Create detailed rehearsal, ceremony, and reception timeline (Guarantee each vendor receives a copy.)
  • Contact vendors prior to event to coordinate arrival times and set up needs
  • Become the central point person for all vendors
  • Oversee the ceremony set-up
  • Oversee reception set-up
  • Set-up Favors, ceremony programs, place / escort cards, engagement photos, guest book, favors, wedding gifts, specialty wedding items, etc
  • Guide vendors in the set-up process
  • Coordination of ceremony
  • Line up the wedding party
  • Coordination of reception
  • Prompt reception entertainment
  • Maintain the timeline and flow of wedding ceremony & reception
  • Work in conjunction with musicians, caterer, photographer, and other vendors to follow ceremony and reception schedule
  • Communicate with catering staff to coordinate dinner service
  • Coordinate all of reception activities, including dances, speeches, and toasts
  • Collection of wedding day items (at rehearsal) including ceremony programs, place / escort cards, favors, candles, guest book, table numbers, special glasses, cake knife & server, champagne glasses, menus, etc
  • Pack up gift table and other personal wedding items (special glasses, cake knife & server, champagne glasses
  • Personally mange the till “teardown”
  • Distribute final payment and gratuities to vendors
