Holiday Gala, Majestic | Hylah White Special Events

The historical Majestic Downtown was the perfect backdrop for WIPA’s (Wedding Industry Professional Association) SoCal’s chapter second annual Holiday Gala. The Winter Wonderland Gala took place on December 1^st, really set the mood for the most magical time of the year. Champagne and Holiday Mule cocktails welcomed guests into cocktail hour while they swayed to the jazz trio and indulge in an assortment of exquisitely prepared tray passed hors d’oeuvres, a raw bar, and an artesian cheese station.

Next, guests took a stroll through a snowflake lite hallway filled with fresh evergreens and candlelit lanterns surrounded by snow, leading them to the biggest reveal of the evening, the grand ballroom. As guests entered the reception, their eyes were lead on a visual winterland adventure. Starting with the glowing candelabras to the cascading crystals leaving them in awe of the ornate ceiling. The 8-piece band filled the room with cheer as guests’ eyes glistened with excitement. Each table was individually curated to offer a unique experience at every glance. No detail was left untouched from the lush flowers all the way to the beautifully crafted place settings. When guests took their seats they each embark on their own dinning experience with an alternating prefix menu. Guests danced the night away on a snowflake lite dance floor as they sipped on a holiday latte and indulged in festive specialty desserts. A phenomenally talented team of Wedding Professionals made this breathtaking Gala possible.
