Happy Valentine’s Day to all you hopeful romantics out there! What better way to celebrate a day of love, than with a Coco Chanel, Love Story inspired boudoir shoot, complete with beautiful designer shoes and Bottega Louie Sweets! Even better? You can see all of the details of this shoot featured on Flutter. This shoot is inspired by Rachel and Brian’s real love story, each detail has special meaning that you can read about below.
The Love Story
When they first met, Rachel had plans to move across the country in just a few short days and Brian knew the night he first met Rachel, that he couldn’t just let her go without trying. During the first six months of their courtship, Brian would mail love letters to Rachel who was living across the country, making it impossible for Rachel not to fall head over heels in love with Brian and he ability to pour his heart out to her.
Capturing the Story
Brian’s love letters reminded Hylah of Chanel’s Classic Flap Bag because under the top flap, there is a little secret zipper compartment. As the story goes, Coco had this secret spot made to stash her special love letters. With this in mind we incorporated touches of Chanel into the shoot. Seniman Calligraphy wrote out one of Brian’s love letters in calligraphy and she also wrote on Macarons from Bottega Louie, emphasising how sweet it is to be loved and to love. There were extra sweets from Bottega Louie and Champagne to enjoy and capture moments between the couple. All these lovely details told a love story told within a love story.
