During the Flutter Your Heart tour we had some free time to explore the city on our own. I was happy when I hit it off with Amanda Miller and Victoria Rothwell (fellow attendees on the tour). It was so much fun getting to share in the excitement of being in Paris with fellow creatives that happen to be in the wedding industry as well.

Hylah in Paris!
When walking the streets of Paris, I feel so alive and inspired by the history and personality of the city. I am so lucky that Amanda Miller (who is an amazing wedding photographer and owns her own business Amanda Miller Photography) and Victoria Rothwell (Design House of Moria who has a passion for photography) both had their cameras, capturing some amazing photos during our free time together.
The first morning in Paris, Victoria and I woke up early so we could window shop down Avenue George V making our way to the Champs–Élysées. Our sweet tooth led us to the elegant Laduree where we indulged in vibrant, decadent pastries and captured photos of the classic French architecture of the beautiful building. Since Victoria is a fellow shoe lover like myself, we decided to indulge in our love for shoes and spent a short period of time basking in the beauty at Christian Louboutin boutique.
While the trip took us through several of the essential stops in Paris and gave us unique opportunities; we made lasting memories through wandering the streets together and discovering the beautiful and picturesque lifestyle and architecture that is typical in the City of Love.
While wandering the streets of Paris I stumbled upon the flower markets where I was immersed in the perfume and extraordinary beauty of the handpicked beautiful blooms. As we were walking through the markets I walked the lines of flowers I carefully crafted a perfect little bouquet of peonies to use for a little something special the next day…check back next week to see what the peonies were needed for.
